The inaugural Find Your Path Event was presented by the City Youth Council of Toronto and held in March 2016. It worked to inspire 150 students from across Toronto by helping them understand that they have potential and giving them the resources and information necessary to make their dreams and aspirations a reality. It included workshops, panel discussions and insightful speeches by motivational speakers and distinguished guests such as International Supermodel, Stacey McKenzie and TDSB Trustee, Chris Tonks. MP Ahmed Hussen awarded Find Your Path with a certificate of commendation for its work to empower youth. It was soon after featured in community newspapers and the TDSB home page.
